**Scope of work:**

* Tear off existing roof (includes 1 layer) and haul away debris

* Additional layers (if found): $40.00 per square / per layer

* Inspect roof rafters for dry rot

* Any necessary repairs will be discussed with owner

* Repairs billed at $95.00 per man hour

* Inspect plywood decking

* Replacement (if needed): $80.00 per sheet

* Install new synthetic underlayment over entire roof

* Install ice & water shield at all common leak areas:

* Valleys

* Skylights

* Chimneys

* Pipe penetrations

* Install new flashing around:

* Pipes

* Chimneys

* Skylights (if applicable)

* Install 1×3 pre-painted drip edge

* Install “T” metal at rake edges and pro starter shingles along perimeter

* Install pre-painted 24” wide valley metal with weather watch mineral-surfaced rubberized leak barrier

* Replace existing box vents (if needed)

* Install matching hip and ridge shingles

* Use ASTM-approved galvanized roofing nails

* Includes 110 mph wind warranty

* Full job site cleanup:

* Magnetic sweep for nails

* Proper disposal and recycling of roofing debris

* Clean out all gutters and downspouts

* Follow OSHA-approved safety systems and practices
